The location is magnificent and good, hotel is fairly clean.

The room is fine and brand-new, comes with good air conditioning. The price is just right - £ 51. Would love to stay here again, nothing too much trouble, really enjoyed our stay.

I really liked everything here. the staff is super friendly and the room was so modern, it had great air conditioning. I also appreciated the nice little extras like having a microwave oven, electric kettle, and a refrigerator. 🌟.

I had a fantastic stay at Caos Calmo B&B. the room was spotless, with daily meticulous cleaning that ensured a comfortable and worry-free experience. the highlight of my stay was the spacious hot tub, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. the proximity to Tiburtina Station made transportation easy, and the friendly staff provided a personal touch to the overall experience. Truly a hidden gem in the Eternal City!
